A New Era for the Impact-Driven

We’re standing at the threshold of a new dawn.

With the internet, social media, and AI, the powerful light of the impact-driven solopreneur is able to shine brighter than ever before.

The dominant market systems—with generic solutions delivered by vast corporations—are beginning to crumble. 

A far more meaningful, valuable, and dynamic market is emerging, led by passionate people like you.

At the heart of this transformation is a deeper balancing of energies. 

For too long, our world has been driven by hyper-masculine traits—over-confidence, product pushing, win-lose competition, top-down management, and relentless productivity. 

While these qualities have propelled humanity forward, they have left many parts of our world in disconnection, disengagement, and even ruin.

We are awakening to the harmonizing with feminine energies to inspire right action—purpose, empathy, intuition, collaboration, empowerment, and holistic thinking. 

We are working towards a more balanced way of being, where the masculine drive for achievement and action is harmonized with the feminine call for connection and purpose. 

This is our work at the Impacters Co-op. 

We are a heart-centered movement of solopreneurs dedicated to making our greatest positive impact. 

Together we’re helping each other make a living, by making a difference. 

It’s all about harmonizing action with purpose. 

And what we discover and learn is what we’ll be sharing with you here.

Finding the Impacter’s Way

When Julia Cameron detailed her inspirational creative practices in "The Artist's Way” it was an entirely different time. 

The internet wasn't around. Technology has changed everything. 

It’s no longer enough to just create or do something valuable.

You also have to cut through the noise to capture attention and get sales.

This means we’re all competing with hugely popular influencers, and giant corporations.

So how do we succeed without selling our souls along the way? 

Purpose-driven solopreneurs deserve to have a clear path for business success. 

We need to figure out The Impacter’s Way:

• How can we turn our advantages of authenticity, connection, and passion into business success? 

• What are the best marketing, sales, and operational practices, tools, and systems that we should use? 

• How can we build community to support, encourage, and amplify each other’s impact? 

• What are our guiding philosophy, principles, and values in helping society to ascend? 

Why the Impacters Co-op?

Being a solopreneur can feel lonely. You’re on your own, and you face uncertainty at every turn.

There’s no built-in support system like every company has. There’s no clear path for sales, marketing, or operations.

No one cares if you set ambitious goals. No one notices when you have a big success. No one sees if you miss the mark. No one holds you accountable. 

That’s why we’ve formed the Impacters Co-op.

We are a mastermind support network for solopreneurs, where the members run the show. 

As a program operated by Fuse, a Limited Cooperative Association (LCA), we are structured as a cooperative, not a company. 

It’s like a non-profit, except we’re legally controlled by our co-op members.

This is a grand experiment in cooperative capitalism where every member has a stake in our community-owned venture. 

As the world decentralizes into interconnected micro-communities, we’re forming a tribe of like-minded solopreneurs to amplify each other’s strengths while shoring up our weaknesses.

Our mission is to collectively define how to be a successful impact-driven solopreneur in today’s world. 

The core offering of the Impacters Co-op is an online Skool community that provides three pillars of value to help solopreneurs find breakthrough business success:

3. Impactful Collaboration & Co-creation

Our core practice is to post a weekly action & accountability plan, and then we share strategies, feedback, advice, and resources to help each other succeed.

We see the beginning of a New Renaissance, where everyone is a Dharma Artist, and we let go of our baggage around work and money. We’ll explore how to navigate this new landscape, harmonize masculine and feminine energies, and reverse the sorry stat that 70% of people are not engaged in their work.
